I need - your saved help request with no potential executors. As soon as somebody have claimed "need help" (or you send it as a proposal) status will changed to "request"
request - in conversation. Any participant of conversation have an options to accept or decline executor/task
upcoming - your "need help entry" which have assigned executor
current - multidate tasks (jobs) which are currently executing by user.
Past section is for displaying completed or canceledtasks
